Do you offer repair services?

I offer structural restoration on my own work and select heritage pieces — Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and similar. If a stitch can be repaired, I will repair it.

How long will it take?

Standard commissions currently require 4–6 weeks for fabrication. Bespoke projects are quoted individually.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. I take on a limited number of bespoke commissions each month. Describe what you have in mind using the form above and I will be in touch.

How are your items shipped?

All commissions ship via Canada Post or FedEx with tracking. Options are provided at checkout. If you need expedited delivery, let me know in advance.

What type of leather do you use?

I source leather from tanneries I know well — Haas, Alran, and Walpier among them. Each is chosen for how it performs over time. You can see the full selection on the materials page.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you are working to a deadline, let me know. I will do what I can.

Do you accept returns?

Because each commission is made to order, returns are not accepted as standard. If something is not right, please reach out and I will address it directly.
