Do you offer repair services?

We provide structural restoration for both our own work and select heritage brands (Hermès, Louis Vuitton). If a stitch can be repaired, we will repair it.

How long will it take?

Standard commissions currently require 2–4 weeks for fabrication. Bespoke projects are quoted individually.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. We accept a limited number of  bespoke commissions each month. Please describe your vision in the form above to begin the drafting process.

How are your items shipped?

We ship all of our items via Canada Post or FedEx with tracking. Shipping options will be provided at checkout. Should you need an expedited package, please let us know in advance at [email protected]

What type of leather do you use?

We source our leather from renowned tanneries around the world. We have carefully selected the types of leather that best suit the goods we create. Our collection showcases a variety of high-quality leathers, each with its own unique character and feel. You can learn more about the materials we use here.

Do you accept returns?
